connecticut commuter towns
What suburban town in Connecticut is more waspy and "old money?"?

WASP = White Anglo-Saxon Protestant = generally in the American language to mean lagely of English (or British English .. other ethnic groups Isle someone) down, the Protestant faith, caucassion is, and can trace their ancestors to the United States before the American Revolution. Old Money = Someone of affluent means has not need to work, and can also claim the wealth in their family goes back at least 4 generations. Commuter town = All exurban or suburb of a metropolis (in this case New York) that moves much every day for the central urban area through a network of trains Regional.

I do not know if Greenwich is the best answer, there are many newly rich there, if it meets other conditions. I would choose a hamlet as Guilford or Branford are a couple of little towns east of New Haven, Yale is the case. You can not get too waspy much more than that. Some people commute daily into the city from there. Many people can trace their heritage back many generations.
