What kind of backpack can I wear while running without having it bob up and down?

I plan to run for part of my commute (from train station to office), and am looking for a bag (backpack or anything else) that I can use to hold clothes and some work papers. I know wearing a bag while running can mess with my posture and become annoying by bobbing up and down, so I’m hoping to find something compact that I can strap onto myself at multiple places to keep it steady.
