Why is there no action taken from regular BART travelers towards the inefficient system?
Looking at the fare BART charges for its breaking down system and constant delay in commuting passengers, how come the regular commuters cannot have a say in the improvement of the system or make BART liable for the time for each passenger due to the delay of its in efficient system? Why is BART so expensive and so inefficient when compared to other commute systems eg. say the train system in Atlanta.
