What caused that commuter plane to crash in Buffalo, NY?
Doug, why are you such a cynical imbecile? Although I hate to admit it, he is part right, well about the investigation at least. They are still investigating it, but they believe it to be a mix of icing conditions and possibly Pilot Negligence. Only time will tell at the end if the Pilots could have prevented it by turning on the de-icing, Pitot Heat, and whatever else they had on board for Anti Icing.
