Can I make a driver from the highway and go in the carpool lane for a moment?
This morning I had a driver in the fast lane, what was happening, as 55 mph and went into the carpool lane. I received a ticket. What can I do when I arrived in court to explain what happened. I do not mean to intentionally mislead the sytsem or stay in the carpool lane. How much does it cost? I live in San Jose, CA …

However, a violation of 21,655.5 is not a point, because this is not a security breach. A violation of 21,655.8 is a point. You might think that traffic school since you seem to have a defense.
