2009 Carpool violation?
so i juss got a ticket today and ive been lookin around on here and other legit websites on information about my ticket. I recieved a 21655.5 b cvc solo HOV. A very familar ticket im sure. I was wondering how if anyone knows the present fine and if there is goin to be a point on my record or not? I’ve been reading so many different things. Some say there will be a point and some say there wont be so what is it? Im In CA. I received it in El Monte
I do not know the fine, but I can confirm that the DMV web site has no points assigned to 21655.5; points are assigned for 21655.8 but that is crossing a double line to enter or exit an HOV lane.
