New California Traffic Laws???
Ok so I recived and email a couple months ago as so did my friends and coworkers advising people of new California Traffic laws liek no driving while on phone, fines tripling while driving i Carpool lanes. Allegedly it stated that the laws went into aeffect on 07/01/07
This is an urban legend. Check snopes or any other such site, or do a google search.
