What are the chances of…?
Car sharing becoming dominant and what cities is Flexcar coming to? Is Salt Lake City, Utah one of them?
I would say that the price of gas and the cost of cars would have to go much higher for sharing to become dominant. It will be coming to crowded cities that have a lot of public transportation. SLC is not very crowded and a car there is very useful, so I don’t think it is a good bet. SLC has very very wide streets even downtown.
