I am going to start a used car dealership with a friend. We are looking before we open the doors to find out how to get you to buy from us. Lower price, warranty on your car etc. Please help me get you to buy from me!! Thanks for your sincerity and sharing with me how to please you. The goal is to get you to come back and tell all that we are the place to go!! This is an honest attempt to satisfy every customer.

I used to sell cars. People want what they can’t afford most of the time. They need direction in -line with their budget. Whatever they are looking for, it’s best to give them solid cars that last. Know the car you’re selling and tell them what it needs. Figure the cost of repairs and add it into the price so you don’t get burned. Sure you’ll have the hoopty cars but they sell too. Honesty is the best policy when dealing with auto sales. They already think you’re a bunch of shyster’s anyway and when they are told the truth about their trade or what they can afford or what the car needs, then you’ll get satisfied customers that will return and tell their friends. It don’t matter what kind of advertising you got, word of mouth will either make you or break you. The thing I always asked my potential customers is what can I do to put you into a car today? Find out what they got to spend, who it’s for, and how you can be of service to them. Get a decent aftermarket warranty company. STAY AWAY FROM PENN WARRANTIES!!!! What ever they’re buying from you, hire a good detail guy and make it look the best before they drive it off your lot.
A lot of stuff huh? Car sales is a brutal business but if you treat people fair and give them something they’ll enjoy driving, then you got customers. It’ll take time to get a good customer base but hang in there.
