Does my blow up doll count as a passenger in the carpool lane?
believe it or not a guy actually tried that…got himself into a world of trouble…paid a big fine after he was arrested and appeared in court…he’s also forbidden to use the carpool lane now unless he’s a passanger…now if he could only teach his blow up doll to drive!
