Birthday party carpool coordination ideas–Help!!?
For my 14th birthday, I’m having a beach bash/bonfire (my party is in a few months). The beach is about 30-40 minutes from my city, so most parents won’t want to drive their kids to my party. I am inviting 40 people, and expect at least 30-35 to come. I can probably only provide rides for about 8 people, though. So, I think that I will offer carpool coordination for my guests. I am including a business card in the invitation that will say info about ride coordinating. What would be a good way to word this? How can I say that I can give rides to people, but not many? Please help me word this card! thank you.
Make your card well in advanced, saying that you have a limited number of seats and can only take eight people. Also ask if they are avalible to drive and pick up kids from the beack and if so, to reply asap. After you get enough rides, either give out more cards saying with car they will be in or tack up an sheet saying the car driover and passegers at your house.
