Will the California DMV issue more carpool passes for the Hybrid vehicles?
I read in the newspaper that they are not issuing anymore carpool passes. However, if a Hybrid car already has a carpool sticker on it, and the owner goes to sell the car “used” to someone else, they have to leave the carpool sticker on the car for the next owner to use.
