Car Accident, but who’s at fault? Please help.?
Last night, a coworker rear ended me, but he said it’s my fault because I wasn’t supposed to stop where I did before the freeway.
I was in the carpool freeway entrance and I saw the red stop light. So I stopped and he rear ended me.
He said I wasn’t supposed to stop because the red stop light only is effective for the people in the regular freeway entrance..

So is he at fault or am I ?
