Regarding traffic LOS ANGELES!?
I have a court hearing in Valencia tomorrow at 8:30. I stay in Westwood (UCLA) tonight and plan to carpool to the court in the morning. How long do you think it would take to get there or maybe the best time possible from?
Personally, I would leave on or before 7a. Although we northwards against the main flow of traffic, one can not assume that conditions will ideal.
