can i drive in the carpool lane in california during off peak hours? by my self?
i dont really remember what the time are, but i think its 5-7PM and 7-10AM? are when carpool hours are in effect, can I use it at like for example 7:01PM?
If there are signs stating nthat it is HOV between certain times, yes. Otherwise you’re taking a chance at a $341 ticket.
I’ve never seen such a sign.
