I need some suggestions on what I shoudl do for my oral pres. in english, I need to talk about why or why not the carpools lanes in CA should be opened up to all as an extra lane on the freeway!
The carpool lanes are there to reward people who rideshare. Those who can but dont should just be quiet and sit in traffic.
