Is there a specific time for carpool lanes in California?
When in the Bay Area, I noticed the signs for the carpool lanes (near the Oakland area) saying how many people need to be in the car for the lane and also the times for the lane, such as 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or something like that. Is it the same in Southern California? I live in the Los Angeles/San Diego area and have never seen a time frame on the carpool signs there, but I wasn’t sure. Does anybody know? Thanks!
In Southern California, the carpool lanes are in effect 24 hours a day.
