Why do cops ride solo in HOV/Carpool Lanes?
I know they’re not supposed to break any traffic laws without their lights on but they do; constantly.
Are there any strait cops that ticket other police officers without them being in the spotlight? I.E. police officers involved in documented police brutality casees, etc.
We all know that police officers are not *supposed* to be above the law, but in most cases they are, especially minor offenses.
I understand motorcycle cops in the carpool lane, but the only two people a cop in a squad car are patrolling are the one in front and behind him.
Technically it’s illegal, right?
Police ride solo in the carpool lane, because it is their job to patrol the carpool lane.
Cops who investigate other cops are in the IAD (Internal Affairs Division). They investigate corrupt police, and complaints against officers.
