What is the Definition of a Two seater vehicle?
What is the definition of a two seater vehicle. My grandfather has a GMC Truck(can’t remember the year it’s around 1993-1996).
It doesn’t have a back row, it’s like a bench. It can seat three but for california laws where carpool is three or more or 2 for a 2 seater vehicle.
Please give me the definition and if you think this truck could be classified as one. I see several trucks like it in the carpool lane and cops don’t do anything about it.
I need more than seats a driver and a copilot. I am disputing a toll violation.
