can i go to court in Torrance instead of Los Angeles?
i got a speeding ticket of 80mph on the carpool lane 
m y court date is in 25 days, i went once to the court in los angeles and i spent about 4 hours and $20 on parking to get nothing done, i live like 10minutes away from the city of torrance and i would just like to plead guilty with a reason, and request traffic school and community service.
is this possible to switch over to a near by free parking court?
