Does anyone know what is the rule in MA about carpool violation?
I’ve heard some states add like a point to your record and others don’t. I know MA only has a like a $50 fine but does it go on your record?
It’s treated basically the same as a parking ticket, that is to say it is not a moving violation and carries no points.
