Will I get a ticket Fastrak?
Well yesterday, my girlfriend and I were driving to San Diego and used the FASTRAK lanes out of traffic. The only reason I went this route, because I saw the LED sign saying it was "free ride". Do you need to pay before entering these lanes?
carpool lanes FastTrak are two different things. Fastrak is a system of payment to pay the toll system on bridges and in some parks. If you go over a bridge which had toll booths, then the chance to give you a ticket around 100%. All toll lanes are equipped with cameras that take a picture of each vehicle that passes through them. Carpool lanes are not as advanced and are usually followed by the CHP. And as was mentioned earlier in parts of two or more persons is considered a group of carpooling. Others need 3 or more, unless you're in a two-seater, then two people can access these channels. Good luck and learn to be patient. carpool lane violations are steep, over $ 300.00. More legal costs that can tack on another $ 100.00.
