Carpool ticket. If I appear in court and plead not guilty do you think the judge will buy it and dismiss it?
If the agent does not appear .. what the judge reduced it? or should I make an excuse .. because i was the only riding in the carpool was because There was a lot of traffic and I suffered a panic attack (I have anxiety / panic disorders attacks) (i also have evidence of the doctor) I am overwhelmed by traffic, I needed to exit the highway and took the carpool … What do you think? advice?
