Please, if you don’t know the exact law for the carpool lane in LA county don’t answer- there are long sections of one double yellow line and it would be ridiculous to not be able to get out if you need to. And if it is illegal to cross them, what do the double double ones mean, certain death? lol thx and yes, any tickling sensation you’re scratching is most definitely scabies and the easiest cure is hydrogen peroxide (keeping away from eyes) and plastic covering mattress. No, you are not allowed to cross double yellow lines in carpool lanes. If you look, there are usually signs saying “carpool exit” or something similar. If you want to take that exit, then you need to get out of the carpool lane when you see the sign.
The double double ones don’t mean anything special, they are just there to provide a buffer between the carpool lane and the rest of the lanes.
