Does the United States will never win a war again?
During World War 2, the American people have made sacrifices extremes to help the war effort … war bonds to help with the cost of war, carpooling to conserve gasoline, growth their own food to conserve food for soldiers … the list is long. More than 300,000 Americans died during the war over a period of 4 years and still American people remained steadfast in its determination. We could help win the war for the Allies, and there we have earned our reputation as a people strong and brave. Fast foward to today. 3600 U.S. soldiers have died in 5 years in Afganistan and Iraq. The American people seated comfortably home, only to suffer and put forward the effort and those with family struggles. We complain about gas prices in the high when we kin on sea battles. Its like there isn't a war at all. We've become so tired of war … However, it hasn't even been an effort here to support the war! Now we intend to admit defeat happily. Will we ever be able to win another war?
You have clearly answered your own question. The United States of America – UNITED …. when was the last time we were really so? Second World War, you have said that we can not secure even our borders against illegal immigration, which makes us think that we could never win a war against terrorism. There is a global war of terror waged against all western civilizations, not just the United States. It just happens to be its focal point, because we do more for the planet than any other country. Not all though I might add. NO GOES UNPUNISHED !!!!! Good Deed The problem is …. There are too many groups in too many places, which has far too much – and we can not help everyone. So when we pick a side to support, the other takes a personal dimension. We need to close the United States for a few years to fix our own problems and rethink how we help the rest the world. "If you can not solve your own problems, how can you expect someone to fix Else." It's unfortunate, but true …
