Children are considered "persons" in a carpool lane in CA?
I ride every day to work in a way HOV California. I drive a truck that me and my two children, ages 1 and 3. I sought a definition of what is considered a "person" in a carpool lane, but I found none. Given this, I was assuming that I have three "people" in the car, so I can use the track. But since this * is * California, I wanted to make sure that there was not obscure definition of "persons" when using the carpool lane. Any other idea?
