Should I dorm or Commute to college next year?
I’ve heard that while dorming in college you get to have the “Real College Experience” but I don’t want to spend too much of my parents money just for dorming. Should I commute instead? All the colleges I applied to are 5-40 miles away. If i commute i think i’ll just make them get me a really nice car.
If you want the “real college experience” then go to a college at least 1,000 miles away, and go to the dorms for your first 2 years. I’ve done it, I highly recommend it. It’s scary, but in the end, it’s much better and you get to know a lot more people.
