Moving from West Village to Brooklyn?
Ok, so I lived in West Village for several years now. However, even if I love my studio closet (really I do, I sorta have a thing for the hole in the wall studio), I must move due to money problems (ie continue my tuition more than my first degree was.) I'm going to school in Tribecca (Chambers St.) and I do not having to commute too far. Perhaps Brooklyn? I know the ins and outs of Manhattan but I have not spent much time in Brooklyn, have been do you think I can get a cheap studio in a relatively good place?
Sunset Park. Windsor Terrace / Park Slope South. Clinton Hill. Remember not, is cheap compared to, and if you want * really * cheap as you would have to descend into the southern edge of Brooklyn (for example, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Sheepshead Bay), an hour or two of CCMB, areas or Bed Stuy, Bushwick, Brooklyn and East that some people find scary.
