Moving to Toronto, please help?
Hello I am a single mom moving to Toronto with an eight year old girl from Dallas, TX.
Please help to find a quiet, safe place to live there. Nice good school.
I don’t mind being little far from the main city and don’t mind driving. I like newer houses and apartments. I have home based business so everyday commute won’t be problem. But I like nice community. If possible little close to airport because I fly often.
Heyy, maybe you can help me in return! Im living in Toronto and Houston. ( recently in Houston) I would say move to Richmond Hill. There is a quiet multicultural community., and AMAZING schools. But, there are high taxes. What’s your budget? I know of a semi detached home that is renting, and my home (probably too big for your family) is up for sale. There are also lots of newer homes coming up, and many people are selling. Not because it’s bad but because the market is going up, but will soon drop. The schools are wonderful and your child gets the attention she deserves! It shouldnt be hard to fit in. Contact me for further details!!! As for the airport, there is a small airport called Buttonville nearby but the main airport is about 45 mins. I advise you not to find a place near the Pearson airport, it will be expensive for nothing really.
