Does anyone know what type or types of motorcycle or scooter does not need a Class M license?

yup, having a scooter in Brooklyn can be useful. just make sure you get a great chain of Nice to keep it. if you find a scooter that is 50cc (This is the engine size) or less, it will not need a permit Mr. remember a scooter with the small engine does not go very fast, so you certainly will not be able to go on the BQE or anything.
