More transportation questions for Boston?
I went to mbta.com and they have a day pass for $9 which seems like the most obvious choice for me. It says that you can ride the local buses, subways, local harbor ferry unlimited and also the Commuter Rail Zone 1A.
My question is- what is zone 1A? Is it that whole map that they show you on the website?? Or just a portion?
Zone 1A will allow you to take the commuter trains between the downtown stations (North, South and Back Bay) to Chelsea, Malden, West Medford, Cambridge-Porter, Ruggles, Forest Hills, Morton, and J.F.K.-Umass stations for sure. Quincy, Braintree and Readville may be included but I am not sure
Very Fast MBTA Commuter Rail Train
