How much do I tip moving help. I am using two different companies – 2 guys to load truck, and 2 to unload.?
Loading is from 3rd floor apartment. Paying 2 guys for 2 hours help. No large appliances, but couch and 2 double beds. Charge is $162 plus $25 fee for their commute.
On unloading end, also have 2 guys but there are no stairs involved. Charge here is $105 plus $30 fee for commute.
What would be a decent tip. I am on a tight budget, but respect their hard work and don’t want to short them.

I would tip the first two guys $30 a peice and the 2nd two guys $20 a piece – if that is too much for your budget, then split the $30 and the $20 between each of the guys.
