Tampa Bound pt.2?

I have been doing some more research today and I am beginning to wonder if I made the right decision.
I was hoping to buy a house there but I read that the housing market is not that great and is expensive to own one (insurance and property taxes are high).
Since the traffic is really bad, I guess I am forced to live very close to work. I heard mixed feeling about travelling highway 60.
Am I getting worried over nothing?
Is the area near the Tampa Airport a good area?
If I can find a place where the commute is around 20min I would be happy (if possible).
I guess reading all these forums is making me nervous.
Where would you live if you need to commute to W Cypress (south of the airport).

Don’t buy yet, prices should come down to normal levels in a year or two. The market there is over priced and if you had to sell quick, it won’t.
