I am a student. I commute 130 miles, 4 days a week. Can I claim gas as a deduction on my tax return?
I spent a ridiculous amount of money on getting to school each week. Is there anyway I can get this as a deduction on my taxes?
No, no way. Commuting costs are NEVER deductible, for students OR employees. Sorry.
