
What adjustment do i make on my bike, when my lower back ache when i ride it.?
I have a giant cyclocross bike and i use it for daily commute but anytime i ride i get pain in my lower back. i was wondering what to adjust to make the pain go and is it my riding position. the saddle height e.t.c
The most likely problem is saddle height. Typically you should just be able to touch the ground with your feet when in the saddle, but different things work for different people. If adjusting th height doesn’t work then try moving the saddle backwards or forwards. If that still doesn’t work try adjusting the angle of your handlebars.
Your local bike shop should give you advice on setting the bike up to suit you, especially if you bought it from them.
