Which would you recommend, the Easton EA70 X or the EA90 SL wheelset?
I need a durable, reliable wheelset for my cyclocross bike.
I mostly commute with a little cyclocross mixed in. I’m 6′5″ 210lbs so I know that the EA90 SL is a good choice though not a cyclocross wheelset but the EA70 X is a solid cyclocross that might also hold my weight.
Go with the EA70! it is made for the use you intend the EA90 is a road wheel and wont last under a cyclocross bike very well even though it is a well built wheel. You already know the answer to your own question, No point in getting other opnions on this one….
