What is the average commute time to Old town Alexandria and Washington, DC from Woodbridge, VA?

I drove US 1 between Woodbridge and Alexandria back in 2003 on a Monday afternoon and the drive took over an hour. Figure that the same drive will take 90 minutes nearly 5 years later.
