Is there any organization in DELHI who offer FREE WHEEL CHAIRS to PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS?
The request is made on behalf of a person who cannot afford to buy the wheel chair, recently met with an accident and got his lower portion damaged and is bed ridden now
I would suggest that you put an announcement on your local radio station and Newspaper and see what happens.
