ma commuter rail
anyone from the Boston, MA or Bridgewater, MA area?

I am looking to transfer over to Bridgewater State College for Aviation management and I am planning to move up to Boston possibly around the Fenway or Commomwealth ave. area or even to the Brighton area (since it is cheaper) I am from Long Island and dont really know much about the area so I am wondering how long the commute would be from Boston or Brighton by car, or even by the commuter rail (They have a stop thats right at the college) Am i looking at like a 20 minute drive or further? Any info is greatly appriciated.

Up to an hour, depending on traffic. And I will be the first to tell you that the Commuter Rail is not the most reliable; I ride that line every day.
