Eagan, MN -> Woodbury / Minneapolis Commute?
Hello, my wife and I plan on moving to Minnesota from Eau Claire next May. We are wondering what can plan on having for a commute time from Eagan to Woodbury, and Eagan to Minneapolis (Downtown).

The guy above is pretty much right.
Getting into and out of downtown MPLS on i35w or alternative routes is going to be hell.
Going suburb to suburb on I-494 (the loop around the Twin Cities) should not be tough.
Further, your wife could also look into busing. Buses from the south burbs to downtown mpls may be faster than driving ot the mall and riding train.
But, either way, coming from the inner south burbs to downtown mpls – public transit is your best bet during normal work week.
