I have been wondering about this for the last week….?
Have u ever been on the train (I commute from Northern Virginia to Maryland in the evenings). When the train comes out of the tunnel, I can see 395 on my left. On my right, there is a bridge that looks like it is used for frieght trains. On the side, there is graffiti all over it. I was wondering how do the people that do this get up there?? There is nothing under it to stand on, so I was just wondering if any1 could enlighten me. Thanx!

You get extra points for putting your graffiti in the most inaccessable places. The more public the place, and the better chance of being caught also brings points.
