I need recommendations for high quality, lightweight stroller thats easy to fold (suburban NYC!)?
Im still pregnant but im finalizing my babies R'Us registry.I need a stroller that wont get in the way while on the bus and train.Im a New Yorker and I Travel by public transport often. Thanks same! Oh my gosh, thank you Bee! You really took your time to answer my question.LOL I really appreaciate it.How nice of you? " I wish you and your family the best
If you have money, look at the Bugaboo Bee. I am not rich, I am a Young and pretty broke single mother and student lol, but I saved for it and it was so worth it. It was my stroller third 5 months now and I am paste until it grows out of it! And the bonus is to sell Bugaboo for good amounts of time on eBay and you will do much of your money when you're done with it. I am also a bus and train user every day of the week and is perfect. I can get on the bus that I otherwise would not have been able to fit on a stroller with a little more. It is so small and compact. So I can raise the measurements on a train myself instead of having to rely on help from a stranger up and down like I did with my previous because it is so light. She collapses in a movement easier (I do keep my heavy Wriggly 10 months!) And takes a small amount of space when is folded. For the size of the stroller, it has large storage underneath, I can usually fit three bags of shopping there. I have not had a single problem with it, but I hear other users Bugaboo that the company is absolutely brilliant in the unlikely event that there is a problem, they send out new parts or a new stroller without question, and I also told them about the phone for something else and they are very nice and helpful, not like your average call center personnel abroad who do not speak a word of English! I'd say the only problem is the thing that makes it so good – the size. He said can be used until the age of 4, but I do not see a child of 4 years in editing, well not with the hood anyway. But personally, I hope by the age of 4 years, I would not have my child in a stroller in any way not will not be a problem hopefully! My son is a massive boy, more than 23 pounds, and he still has plenty of room to grow in it! As a newborn, you can buy a "nest" for her, they are quite expensive and I did not like my son was a few months old when I got it, but if you can you can and want one, then it turns into a nice cozy environment for a newborn, but they are far from being indispensable, it has a padded seat very comfortable anyway (do not look like it does in the pictures but when you see one you'll see what I mean) and a comfortable blanket Nice is more than enough! I probably sounded like a sales representative Bugaboo here haha but I am not, I really can not recommend enough. It is the most expensive item I bought baby (my bed, cot was, but fortunately I had it as a gift!) But this is my most used and appreciated! Also another upward secret I like is that it attracts so many compliments, I can not count the number of people who walked up to me in the street wondering what to do and he has been saying they have never seen anything such, and whenever I go to a store for babies of the sales assistant general comments about it! I do not know if you'll get in NY lol Maybe they are more common there, I live near an English town, but I've never seen another on the streets! The only other negative, I would say is that I had the yellow cap, and this is a nightmare on a hot day, it attracts bugs like any! If I could return back, I probably would have chosen red (or if I had a girl I'd definitely get pink, very cool!) But this is not a problem too severe and the yellow is cool and impressive, and I suppose the traffic seen easily! But there are plenty of other colors to choose from anyway! Good luck with the birth and the decision lol stroller, happy shopping!
