I’ve been a resident alien since i was about 11 and im renewing it, thats why im filling this application out, and i needed help because i dont know what i am lol, a.b.or c?can someone please help me
If you have held your resident alien status since you were 11 years old, and do not commute in or out of the United States for work every day, then you are a Permanent Resident (non commuter).
Conditional residents are those granted residency based on less than two years of marriage to a U.S. citizen. This obviously does not apply to you.
