Is Glen Ellyn, IL a good place to live?
IAM a senior in high school, will graduate in May 2008, and i really want to move to Chicago for college, after some research I found great DuPage College, I intend to rent an apartment, and want to know alone.i living apartments are expensive?? do u think ill be able to afford my place and go to college?? Of course im going to find a job, im wondering if this is a good idea or should I say that my plan work?? so I want to know is a great Glen Ellyn.IL place to live, is there any public transportation (like buses, etc.), the apartments are expensive, and all that good stuf??? Please give me accurate information and advice. please and thank you:)
I moved here in Dallas Texas and I will tell you that is very expensive here. Public transport here is not that Great unless you use the train to the city. I was in the same business for over 20 years and have had great difficulty finding employment. Glen Ellyn could be a place where you really want and you can get a good job (I live near North Aurora). I would go to Craigslist Chicago then go to the western suburbs toolbar above and click on it-you can use this article to a job search and find apartments and .. dependingon the APTS theycanbe from 700 and up depending that comfort you are looking
