My boyfriend and I want to move to either charlotte nc, durham nc, or columbia sc. Which is best.?
My boyfriend and I are relocating and would like some insight on durham nc, charlotte nc, and columbia sc. The most important key for us is public transportation.
Is it reliable and frequent?
We are relocating from NYC. So we don’t drive.
Another issue is our credit. So how hard is it to get an apartment in either of these places with not so perfect credit. Is there room for negotiation. PLEASE HELP.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
