Would you support a bill that bans B.O.?

I’m all for more pleasant smells…but too many things will make it unsuccessful–cultural issues, people that work outside, tourists, etc. I don’t think they thought this through very well? What do you think?
I think it would be tough to enforce. I was on a plane once and their was a group of mentally impaired people in front of us, and one of them pooped in her pants. And we could not get out of our seats because the lady sitting next to my boyfriend couldn’t get up by herself. That was the worst smell ever!!
