What US cities offer the convinience of both cool weather and good, reliable, public transportation?
I’ve lived in Miami since I was a kid and am presently contemplating moving out of the area. I got my masters degree and would like to start the “rest of my life”. I honestly can’t stand the heat down hear and cannot drive due to a visual impairment; hence, need to rely on public transporation such as trains, buses, etc.
New York, and Chicago, have cold winters, but they have the best transportation system. Chicago has the overhead L train, and New York, has the Subway, and there’s no shortage of taxi cabs. Both have buses. San Francisco has a trolley systdm. bus system, subway system, and the weather is relativley cool to. This website has a list of cities with subway systems.
