Where can I park for free or cheap and take public transportation to JFK?

I live in PA and I am flying out of JFK for 2 weeks vacation. I am trying to avoid paying a ton for parking, and I am willing to park outside the city and take trains or public transportation to the airport. What is the best, easiest, cheapest way to do this. For example, is there somewhere I can park for cheap or free in New Jersey, and take the train to the airport without taking 3 different trains? The only thing I have found so far is taking NJ Transit to Penn Station, then Penn Station to another station, then that other station to the airport. That seems complicated for when I will have a bunch of luggage with me.

There is no way to avoid paying parking for two weeks. Perhaps you should leave your car home. Take Am Track train to Penn station in New York City. Take Long Island Rail Road to Jamaica (a 20 minutes ride from Penn Station). Change at Jamaica for AirTrain (Cost $5). AirTrain run very frequently and stops at every terminal.
