How to get to Oakland from San Jose CA at 1:00am on Public Transportation?
Normaly this trip is easy by using BART to Fremont then the VTA#180 into San Jose. But, with No BART after 1AM the only way to make the trip is to take an AC Transit transbay bus #801 (runs all night) Oakland to San Francisco, then transfer to a Sam Trans all night bus #397 at the transbay terminal, ride to Palo Alto and finally transfer to a VTA #22 (all night Bus) into San Jose. Takes a while but will work, good luck!
