public transportation orange county
california public transportation?

If I want to travel from Orange County up to San Fran for thanksgiving, what is my best bet?

I looked at some flights, and some amtrak schedules. Are there any other options?? (ie buses, other train options?)

I don’t want to drive, because of the holiday traffic.

THANKS!!!

Amtrak is an excellent option. But If i were you I would choose plane because it’s easier, faster and safest

JetBlue has direct flights from Santa Ana CA (SNA) to SFO from $125 round trip for Thankgiving right away
(Use the Farechase option on Yahoo or go to JetBlue website as well)

Also if you want, you can take a flight leaving from LAX to SFO to have more flexibles schedules and variety of airlines to choose from. I recommend Virgin America ( $59 each way )

ADVICE: If you decide to go by plane. Hurry to book your flight because prices will increase approaching Thankgiving

I don’t recommend buses because of many reasons. I traveled once by bus and I didn’t like the stops ( nasty and smelled bad some of them), also I dont trust to leave my baggage in the storage underneath the bus. The line that I used was Greyhound
